How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 5–9 business days within the US.
What if my pet doesn't like it?
Most pets adjust within one or two sessions since it feels like petting. If it's not a fit within 30 days, see our return policy.
Does it work on all fur types?
It's designed for short-to-medium fur on dogs and cats. Very long or matted fur may need a comb first.
Is the material safe?
The glove uses soft silicone tips designed to be gentle on skin and fur, with no metal bristles. We'll publish full material and safety details here as soon as we've confirmed them directly with our supplier.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we're starting with US shipping only and plan to expand once fulfillment is proven out.
